I have been doing sports for a quarter of a century, so you can imagine that some movements are so routine that you might get bored... Especially when you want to slow down aging, look better or just feel good, your good intentions often fail because of the boring and repetitive movements. So how can you keep training interesting for a long time and keep challenging us?

This is where the idea for the pure was born.

There are TRX bands for the back muscles, but these rub against the forearms and shoulders during the pressing movement. For endurance we can run, swim and cycle. But how do you perform the pressing movements that are so important for the arms, shoulders and chest muscles?

That's right, with the innovative push-up handles from the pure. In short: that's the abbreviation for push-up revolution, because it really revolutionizes the push-up. When the arms move forward, they are brought together in a natural way. With classic push-ups, however, the hands remain static on the floor and joints, tendons and ligaments are stretched and strained unnaturally. That's why I took care to correct this problem during development, so that with the pure. a training device was created that:

  2. No boredom arises
  3. Intensity increased
  4. Coordination promotes

  6. naturally protects joints

With resistance bands, even efficient full-body training is possible.
